Academic Search Premier	Access nearly 4,500 journals, including more than 3,600 peer-reviewed titles. This scholarly collection offers articles in most disciplines including: computer sciences, engineering, physics, chemistry, language and linguistics, arts & literature, medical sciences, ethnic studies, and many more.
Access Science	Access Science is an online encyclopedia for science and technology that provides access to over 7,100 articles and 2000 biographies. This resource also features late-breaking science and technology news and links to related web sites.
ALLDATA	ALLDATA Online provides the equivalent of over 5,000 full-text original equipment repair manuals. It includes maintenance schedules and tables, wiring diagrams and images unlimited toll-free technical support, and parts and labor for estimates. ON CAMPUS ACCESS ONLY
AltPress Watch	Find full-text articles from independent, alternative and non-mainstream media sources.
China Quarterly	An academic journal covering issues in Chinese Studies, available through the Cambridge Journals Online database.
College Source (on-campus access only)	Over 12,000 college catalogs including profiles of 2 yr, 4 yr, graduate and professional programs along with profiles. Search by discipline, state, enrollment levels and more.
Cornell Hotel and Restaurant Admin Qtrly	A premier industry journal, searchable by topic or issue date.
CQ Researcher	Find in-depth research reports on a range of current event topics including health, social trends, criminal justice, international affairs, education, the environment, technology, and the economy. Each report includes an introductory overview; background and timeline on the topic; current situation analysis; tables and maps; pro/con statements from representatives of opposing positions; and bibliographies of key sources.
Culture Grams	Find reports and profiles on hundreds of countries and geopolitical regions. Also access maps, statistics and visuals.
Delridge History	This website is the result of an oral history project of the Delridge neighborhood. It includes historic photos, maps, interviews and a narrative history.
Directory of Open Access Journals	Search the contents of 2,500 academic journals in all disciplines.
eLibrary	Articles, photos, maps, and transcripts from magazines, U.S. and foreign newspapers, radio and television news programs, and reference books.
Encylopedia Britannica	Online access to the complete Encyclopedia. 118,000 articles, and links to over 300,000 web sites that have been selected and reviewed by Britannica editors.
ERIC	Citations and full-text research articles in the field of education, from 1966 to the present.
Ethnic Newswatch	Find articles from newspapers, magazines and journals of the ethnic, minority and native American press. Articles are available in English and Spanish. Covers a wide range of disciplines and subject areas.
Gale Virtual Reference	Find encyclopedia articles in these topic areas: African-American History, Countries and Culture, Drugs and Alcohol, Environment, History of Ideas, and Medicine.
Health Reference Center Academic	Peer-reviewed and research-based articles on health and medicine.
Health and Wellness Resource Center	Find general interest articles on health, nutrition, and current treatment alternatives.
History Resource Center-- United States	Access resources on historical events, issues and personalities from this one-stop source which includes 5,000 primary documents, 200 scholarly journals, and many reference encyclopedias.
History Resource Center-- World	Covers world history from ancient to modern times, including primary documents, reference sources, maps, and articles from over 200 periodicals.
Hospitality and Tourism Complete	Academic and industry coverage from over 300 periodicals, company reports and other sources. Look here for articles on culinary arts, food & beverage management, hospitality law, hotel management & administration, market trends and more.
Journal of Southeast Asian Studies	An academic journal covering historical and contemporary Southeast Asia, available through the Cambridge Journals Online database.
Literature Resource Center	Biographical data and critical essays on 20th and 21st century writers, including authors, poets and playwrights. Entries may include biographical information, list of published works, interviews, critical reception of author's works, and sources for more information.
Mergent Online	Conduct industry research and find stock reports and financial performance data on publicly-held corporations.
Net Library	Read over 6,600 E-books right from your computer. E-books can be browsed online or checked out for a period of 3 days. Pages may be printed out or copied, one page at a time. To check E-books out, you will need to physically go into an SCC Library and create an account. After that, you will be able to access NetLibrary on or off campus.
New York Times Historical	Find full page and article images with searchable full text back to the first issue in 1851 through 2003.

PubMed	Provided by the National Library of Medicine, this database offers citations and full-text research articles on medicine, public health and the life sciences.
Simply Map	Get demographic and economic data customized by city, state, zip code or census tract.
TESOL Quarterly	The journal of the professional association Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages.
Testing and Education Resource Center	Practice guides for the GED, civil and military exams and other standardized tests, as well as college and scholarship information.
Topic Search	This current events database allows you to explore social, political & economic issues, scientific discoveries and other popular topics. TOPICsearch includes full text for over 139,800 articles from more than 4,800 publications.
