“Creating Change – the parameters of this phase of the cycle of liberation include using our critical analysis of the assumptions, structures, rules, and roles of the existing system of oppression, and our coalition power, to begin transforming the system. This means creating anew a culture that reflects our coalition’s collective identity: new assumptions, new structures, new roles, and new rules consistent with a more socially just and equitable philosophy.
