Goals for Part 1
- shoot three short scenes - talking head, landscape, close-up of object
- get the videos from the camera to the computer - also referred to as "capturing"
- use Windows Movie Maker to edit the videos and produce a movie if time allows
- have fun as did Jean and Geoff

- review Movie Maker work space
- learn editing tools
- cutting, splitting, copying, moving clips
- special effects and scene transitions
- producing a movie file
- add narration and music
- convert one frame to image and use in project
- discuss link between saving and how project will be used
- view some nice examples used in the academic library world, too
