Grade Book Templates:
Tip: Right click (or Ctrl Click
on a Mac) on one of the links below and select "Save Target
As ..." to save a copy of the Excel template file to your
computer.
- Simple
Grade Book Template Use this template if you don't know Excel
very well. The steps for making a grade book, which includes an
attendance sheet, are given in the Excel Grade Book PowerPoint
presentation. which I will use in the TLC Workshop. Updated
for Fall 2006.
- The TLC web site has templates for Fall 2006 and Winter 2007, too.
- Short,
narrated demonstration on the steps for creating an
attendance sheet using the Simple Grade Book Template.
Tip: Print out the PowerPoint handout linked above before you view
the demonstration. Make sure the sound on your computer is turned
up and feel free to pause the demonstration and complete the steps
as it plays.

Advanced Grade Book Template This template has more features and
requires knowledge of Excel. It was created by Katherine McDermott
at SCCC and is offered with her permission. No updates have been made to the dates since Winter 2004.
- Grades
by Percentage This template was given to me by Frank Enfinger, former faculty member in
the IT Department. It requires knowledge of Excel.
- Grades
by Points This is another template that I got from Frank Enfinger
and, again, it requires knowledge of Excel.
